Download and install the remote support client for your operating system.
2Configure Connection
Open DC Desk, click the menu (three dots) → Network → ID/Relay Server, and enter these settings.

3Share Your DC Desk ID
After configuring the server, share the DC Desk ID shown on your screen with our support agent. They will use it to connect to your computer.

Your DC Desk ID appears at the top of the DC Desk window. The support agent will enter this ID to initiate the remote connection. You will be prompted to accept the connection.
